The Grossmont Village Condominium Association is comprised of 150 condominium homes in La Mesa. Elections are held annually with each Director serving a two year term. The Board of Directors Meetings are generally held the first Wednesday of each month.  Please contact 360 Community Management for the time and date of the next meeting, or look for the agenda that is posted on the Earl clubhouse at least four days prior to any meeting. Homeowners who have issues or concerns they would like to bring before the Board may do so during Homeowner Open Forum which are held at the end of each Board Meeting. Routine maintenance issues can be reported to 360 Community Management at any time, and do not need to wait for a meeting.
