The Grossmont Village Condominium Association is comprised of 150 condominium homes in La Mesa.
Elections are held annually with each Director serving a two year term.
Board meetings are generally held on the first Wednesday of each month at the Earl Clubhouse at 6:00 PM.
Homeowners who have issues or concerns they would like to bring before the Board may do so during Homeowner Open Forum which are held at the end of each Board Meeting.
Routine maintenance issues can be reported to 360 Community Management at any time, and do not need to wait for a meeting.
