EMERGENCY WATER SHUT OFF- MONDAY JUNE 1, 2026
There was an emergency water issue at Grossmont today. Plumbers are onsite to make the repair now, but to do so, your water may be shut off for some time tonight, possibly intermittently. We do not know at this time how long the repair will take. Please be prepared for water issues tonight. Please be patient, there is an emergency situation and the plumbers are working as fast as they can to make the repair. We apologize for the inconvenience. We kindly ask that you do not call the emergency line. We are aware of the situation.
The Grossmont Village Condominium Association is comprised of 150 condominium homes in La Mesa.
Elections are held annually with each Director serving a two year term.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Board of Directors Meetings are being held via teleconference or Zoom. Please contact 360 Community Management for the time and date of the next meeting, or look for the agenda that is posted on the Earl clubhouse at least four days prior to any meeting.
Homeowners who have issues or concerns they would like to bring before the Board may do so during Homeowner Open Forum which are held at the end of each Board Meeting.
Routine maintenance issues can be reported to 360 Community Management at any time, and do not need to wait for a meeting.
